Who is parkida for?
parkida is for parking business owners, facility managers and attendants. It helps teams operate parking facilities; it is not a consumer parking reservation or navigation service.
Can I manage more than one facility?
The owner workspace supports reviewing multiple facilities and opening individual facility views. Account access and available capacity depend on your approved setup.
Which devices can I use?
Android is the primary platform. Assisted plate scanning and Bluetooth receipt printing are Android-specific. Public download links and iOS availability have not yet been confirmed.
Does parkida work without an internet connection?
Plan for an internet connection when using parkida. Complete offline check-in and checkout have not yet been confirmed for release.
Does it process card payments or fiscal invoices?
Parking payments can be recorded with cash or card labels; this does not mean the app processes card-terminal payments. Printed documents are sample / non-fiscal, and final accounting reconciliation remains the operator’s responsibility.
How can I download it or get support?
Public download links are being confirmed. Existing users should contact the parking operator who provided their account. Approved public support details will be added before launch.
